New members
No pro-rata membership is available, however new members can choose an initial membership of 12, 15 or 18 months.
The current application forms are as follows:
- 12 months* (2010-2011, membership starts 1 July) [

Renewals
Current members can choose to renew for either 12 months or 24 months.
The application form is as follows:

Subscriptions are due on 1 July.
